I had a small issue with my order from naturelab.com, so I reached out to customer service to see what was going on. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it was still one of those things you don’t really want to deal with after placing an order.

They did get back to me the next day, and the response was actually helpful. It didn’t feel like a copy-and-paste reply, which I appreciated. They fixed the issue easily and didn’t make it complicated, so that part was good.

My only complaint is the wait. I just wish the first reply had come a little faster, because waiting around is annoying, even if it’s only a day. It was helpful once they answered, but yeah, I still wish they had been quicker. Overall good experience, just a bit slow at first.

I really like this scent! It’s fresh and clean without being overpowering, which is exactly what I was hoping for. 😊

I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for maybe 3 or 4 weeks now, and my hair definitely feels softer and not as dried out as it used to. It’s not like a total miracle or anything, but I’d say it’s helped more than about 80% of the other stuff I’ve tried over the years.

My scalp gets itchy easily with a lot of shampoos, but this one hasn’t bothered me at all. No burning, no tight feeling after I wash, and my hair still feels nice and clean. There’s just something about it that feels gentler than others I’ve tried. Really glad I gave it a shot.

The box showed up a little dented, and one of the caps was kind of loose. Nothing leaked, though, so it wasn’t a big deal. I mean, it was fine overall, but yeah, the packaging could definitely be a bit better...

I used naturelab for a few weeks it did make my hair look shinier, so that was nice. But the softness was kind of just okay... I was hoping for a little more. My ends still felt kinda dry after I washed it, which was a bummer. It’s not bad at all, just not Amazing. I’d probably grab it again if I saw it on sale.

I’ve got wavy hair and this worked well for me overall. It helped define my waves after maybe 2 or 3 uses, but it does feel a little heavy if I use too much. I’d say a small amount is enough, otherwise my hair starts to feel weighed down

I tried naturelab because I really wanted something that would give my hair some volume without making it feel heavy, and I was also hoping it would calm down my frizz a bit. It did give me some lift, especially the day after washing, which was nice because my hair usually falls flat. I kept checking to see if it looked noticeably fuller, and I’d say it helped a little, just not in a dramatic way.

For frizz, though, I’m not totally convinced. My ends still got puffy once it got humid, so I found myself wondering if I was using it wrong or just expecting too much. It smells good and didn’t weigh my hair down, which I appreciated, but for the price I kind of needed it to reassure me more that it was actually doing the job. Overall, it’s okay, but not amazing for me

I’ve been using this after my showers, usually while my coffee is still sitting there getting cold, and my hair definitely feels less dry. It adds a nice amount of moisture without making everything feel heavy or greasy, which I really appreciate. Simple, but it works.

I’m kind of torn on this. The products were fine and shipping went smoothly, so I don’t really have any major complaints there. But for the price, I expected a bit more noticeable results. They’re not bad by any means, but I’m not sure I’d say the value is really there for me

I placed my order and then just waited... and waited. Shipping took way longer than I expected, to the point where I started questioning whether I should’ve ordered from here in the first place. Maybe I was being impatient, but it definitely felt like too long.

I’m picky about hair products, and NatureLab has been a nice surprise. The ingredients look clean without feeling overly fussy or packed with heavy fillers, which I appreciate.

My hair feels soft but not coated, and my scalp hasn’t gotten itchy like it has with some other brands. I kind of regret spending so much time and money trying other stuff before this, because the quality is easy to notice...

The texture feels really nice on the skin, and it does foam up enough, though the lather is sorta on the lighter side. Overall, it’s a decent one.
